| first red cup of the season! The holidays are here! |
The hygienist kept saying she couldn't believe how Ella was acting like a five year old. They couldn't believe she was so willing to sit there by herself and have her teeth checked out! She did a great job and proudly left the office like a big girl carrying her bag of goodies.
We celebrated with a special trip to the library afterward before we had to pick Abby up from school.
Later that week, Abby had her appointment. Both girls celebrated their dentist week by getting the privilege of taking their picture with the giant toothbrush and mirror. Success!
Ella looks so adorable while riding the tiny red car. She looks so excited for her first trip to the dentist. Anyway, I agree with her hygienist. It's really surprising to see a five-year-old, who is so pumped up for a dental visit. I'm sure you had her prepped up for that meeting. Hahaha! You must be so proud of her. Thanks for sharing that! All the best to you! :)

She knew that she should ask for birthday cake flavored toothpaste during her cleaning and she knew to pick out the good stuff from the prize bin at the end. Most importantly, she was excited about it. http://www.keepdentistaway.com
ReplyDeleteKudos to both Abby and Ella! It's great that Abby prepped Ella up for her first trip to the dentist. Getting to know the dental process beforehand is will help make Ella feel more at ease with her dentist and hygienist. And I can definitely feel her excitement through the photos you shared with us, Jen. Cheers!

It’s great that she did well in that dental visit. Even adults would tend to think twice about going through such dental procedures, but she didn't. That is definitely something that both you guys can be proud of. Hopefully, all her future visits to the dentist would be as uneventful as this one. Cheers!
