Thanksgiving 2016

We kicked off Thanksgiving festivities with a pre-K party in Ella's classroom! The kids prepared for weeks as they were taught about the first Thanksgiving and learned songs to sing to us. My favorite was hearing Ella come home and teach us what a "cornutopia" was! 😊

Juliet hung like a big kid in the classroom.

Right after school, we loaded up and hit the road for Thanksgiving celebrations with family.

When the Thanksgiving traffic is REAL and the angry baby screams are LOUD, sometimes you do what you have to do to make it through the last thirty minutes. My 14 month old was all "Mom I've got this!", then Elmo saved the day.

We were all excited to make it to Grammy and G-Diddy's house!

The next morning, I snuggled in for some Thanksgiving Day parade watching with my girl!

We took to the trails for a pre-turkey family hike!

It's safe to say they are smitten by their little cousin, Johnny!

Ella lined the brothers up and told them to hold hands and love each other.
